Here is a list of our policies and fares. Please call for further details.
Minimum service charge: $25.00
Hourly booking rates: $56.00/hour (3 hours minimum)
Service area includes Metropolitan Detroit, Wayne, Oakland,
Macomb, Washtennaw and north of Monroe county.
Waiting Charges: $14.00/15 minutes
Wait time charges do not begin until 20 minutes past scheduled pick time.
However, at airport waiting charges will begin 45-60 minutes after flight landing.
Terminal to terminal: $10.00
Stop over: $10.00 additional
A stop over within regular route of two destinations, and not more than 15 minutes.
Extended Stop: $25.00
An extended stop is a stop which takes you out of the reasonable travel from pick-up and drop-off and shell not exceed 45 minutes in length.
Car seat: $20.00 additional
24 hours in advance notice required. Please specify the type of car seat.
No show up charges:
Please DON’T leave your pick up place/bagage claim area before you calling us in order to avoid the NO SHOW UP charges. If phone lines are busy, please leave a message and allow us 10 minutes to connect you with your designated driver. Full fare will be charged for no show ups.
Cancellations:
All Cancellatoins must be made by phone line. If the phone lines are busy, please leave a detailed message. Cancellations made prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time are without penalty. A cancellation made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time is subjected to full service charge.
Service Termination:
The driver may terminate trip services due to inappropriate manners of the customer. There will be a full service charge.
Company is not responsible…
- for delays or the termination due to weather condition
- for delays or the termination due to mechanical breakdown of the vehicle
- for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown or weather conditions
- for delays or the termination due to natural disasters
- delays due to construction and detours
- delays due to accidents
- damaged done by independent/sub-contractors
- for articles left in the vehicle
- for failure to provide service due to system failure/computer shutdown
- Company is not responsible for any type of damage or loss.
- Alcohol and drug consumption is prohibited by law. If charged, the customer is responsible for all fines.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- Luggage will not be placed on the passenger seats.
- 20% Gratuity will be charged to all the prepaid pick ups unless specified.
- Vans fares vary depending on travel distance.
- $10 airport fee will apply to pick ups from the airport.
- $10 early morning charges will apply from 12am-6am.
- Gratuity is mandatory during the hours of 12am-6am.
- $20 airport fee will apply to international arrival flights.
